Dr. Sadek and the team took care of me for both my surgeries. From start to finish they were on top of the ball getting all the approvals they needed and making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Sadek is beyond skilled and I was up and recovering in no time! I’ve since then lost 100 pounds and I’m off all my medication!

On May 27th I had the Laparoscopic Gastric Sleeve with Dr. Buchholz and Dr. You, who took the absolute best care of me. I truly couldn't have asked for a better duo. When I got into the Operating room I immediately knew I was in good hands. My comfort and safety was their #1 priority, and you FELT that. As a patient who has never been under anesthesia before it was scary at first, but that’s why you should be with a Bariatric Center and surgeon that you trust. Today was my 1 week post op appointment and I woke up today feeling so good! Dr. Buchholz, thank you for everything, thank you for taking care of me during my surgery and being an incredible physician. Dr. You and Dr. Buchholz are wonderful! I had my surgery one month ago. 0 complications and feeling great! I was nervous to have surgery again after having a liver resection a few years back & the doctors were very reassuring, patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I am thrilled with the care and attention that I have received from the doctors AND team at Advanced Surgical & Bariatrics. I have had surgery, consultations, follow up and at all times the doctors, nurses and support staff have treated me with care, excellence and personal commitment. My husband worked with the GI team for surgery (GI) and I worked w/the team for surgery related to follow up from an RNY bariatric surgery 10 years ago with another practice. The team is responsive, answers questions thoroughly and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
It’s been 2 1/2 years since my Gastric Sleeve surgery and words cannot express my love and appreciation for everything connected with this practice. The weight is staying off, I’m much more active, feel and look better and my health has not been this good since my 20’s (I’m 63 now). From making appointments to phone calls with questions, the staff has been outstanding, not something I take for granted when I call a doctor’s office. I’d like to give Dr. Buchholz special recognition. He and I have developed a relationship where my success is his success and I cannot explain how much that has been a part of my accomplishment. This practice is highly recommended. You’ll be better for it!
